Hello bakers!
The response's from last weekend's workshop have been phenomenal. Cupcake Envy's Cakelet weekend was so successful that we were able to offer it again May 21-22 at The Hampton Inn in Wake Forest. By the end of the workshop, each student leaves with 11 great cakelet designs, templates, and loads of great info.
The great part about this weekend long workshop is that you have the option of taking the entire 4 class workshop or pick only the class or classes that interest you. If you decide to take the whole workshop, the Cakelets 101 class is free!
Also, we are offering $50.00 back at the time of the class to all ICES members. All you have to do is present your up to date ICES membership card and Cupcake Envy will give you a check for $50.00.

We are also offering Cupcakes and Cupcakes and Fancy Fondant Decorations which will be held on
May 6, 2011 from 6-9 PM. This class is held independently and is not part of the workshop.
These classes are very hands on so class sizes are restricted to 6 spaces per class. We do this so that we can work with each student one on one time and allow for individualized guidance.
Because of our traveling teaching schedule, we will not be offering any new classes until mid Fall.
